Thank you for your interest in the Otter Point Recreational Cooperative Association (OPRCA). We hope you find a lot that will suit your needs.
It is important to read the park 'Rules' (here) and 'Internal Regulations' (here) as you consider membership in the OPRCA. Please also become familiar with the 'Purchasing Member Shares' process (here).
The Board does not facilitate the sale and purchase of lots/RV's. This is strictly between member(s) and potential purchaser(s). However, before a purchase agreement is finalized, the member will contact the Board to arrange for an interview with two Directors (Many interviews are conducted virtually now). The 'Application For Membership' (here) is completed prior to the interview.
Please visit the park too! Take a walk around to see what lots are for sale (as they're not all listed here). There is a park map in front of the caretaker's residence that has some 'Sale' stickers on it.
